TOS characters can't access Fed patrols

My TOS character is level 45, and literally none of the Fed patrol interacts pop up for her; she is thus completely unable to run any of the Fed patrols.

    That doesn't bode well for the Delta Quadrant then, seeing as how more than half the missions there are patrols.

    Granted, patrols wrapped in a container that will likely allow you to run them once in order to continue the story line, but what happens when you want to rerun Argala?

    I'm referring specifically to the Federation-only, non-repeatable patrols. I haven't tried the cross-faction repeatable patrols yet.

    Also, I tried again today and they apparently work now, heh. So I guess they fixed it with today's patch?

    ETA: Actually, the Beta Quadrant Fed patrols indeed do not work on TOS characters. The Alpha Quadrant ones do, though. Weird. (At least, that appears to be what's going on; I haven't yet tried flying up to every single star in both quadrants.)
