Unable to collect reward The Temporal Front

I couldn't initially hail the mission (it was grayed out), but teamed up with a fleetmate and he shared the mission with me. After completing all mission objectives I'm unable to collect the reward for The Temporal Front. This is all on a new Temporal Agent Character. @nikephorus.

edit: forgot to mention that the character is level 60 and has completed all storyline missions. So I should be able to pick up this mission and collect the reward.
