Temporal Probe Bug "The New Link"

So, the temporal probe spawns, I do the puzzle. It unlocks, Na Kuhl Attacks me. It's even checked off on my objectives list. I move on and finish the mission.
Later I check my temporal objectives, the probe for "new link" is still greyed out!
I ran this mission again just now, same problem. Still greyed. Fix it please.

Anyone else confirm this?

This is why I check to see that it's not greyed out before I move on from the probe. That way I can do it again if I need to and not have to do the whole mission again.

This happen to me as well and I have done the mission 3 times and even after I look that the probe in inventory and its greyed out after doing the puzzle while still in the mission. I submitted a bug report and a ticket. But my ticket also isn't showing up on my account.

I had the same problem. I investigated the probe until it was checked off my list.
