No Progress in Temporal Agent Global Event

My temporal agent is at level thirty and I have completed the klingon war story arc. My progress in the global event for completing story missions is still 0%. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Trendy put up a blog explaining it's a purely visual glitch -- although the meter doesn't move, the event progress is still tracked. Actually we reached the final tier already.

    Just for the future when they fix it -- global event meter is exactly the same for everyone, and shows how much everyone contributed together, not your individual contribution, that's why it's "global."

    XP bonus don't work on my newly created Klingon. :(

    Bonus doesn't take effect until next week, I believe.

    It's already effective for my temporal agent so I thought it was unlocked in the same time for all characters.

    Okay, I'm a little confused then - I thought you meant the XP bonus from the Global Event, which doesn't take effect until next week, but it sounds like you mean the Temporal Agent bonus which only affects Temporal Agents and wouldn't affect Klingons at all anyway...
