Harasser Mines Starship Trait from Summer Event 2016 ship (Xyfius) has no effect?

I've been looking through the combat log to find any evidence of those harasser mines, to no avail.

Anyone seen them? Or is it just another thing that is bugged?

    Finally found this: 
    Your Mine Explosion deals 8760 (4984) Kinetic Damage(Critical) to Vessel Four of Ten Unimatrix 0047.
    Not sure if this is it, or if it came from my Photonic Fleet or Nimbus pets. Such a rare occurence, though.
