[BUG]; T'laru Carrier loses IRW prefix if ship name is changed

The new T'laru Intel Carrier has the IRW prefix when you open it, as it should.
However, if you go to the ship selector, and attempt to change the name.... the IRW prefix does not appear.
Please fix.
