Bugged Nerve Tonic to Go and other emotes

I have a friend who consumed the Nerve Tonic to Go, to perform the female Orion dance, and during the dance, the character kept snapping to attention and saluting in a stutter effect. I'm also seeing characters(also had it happen myself) stop in mid dance and stand there, rather than a smooth animation loop while on Risa.

The Ferengi Dance emote is completely broken too. When selecting it in the emote menu my character only does the regular Samba dance.
