Ship Buy Bug, Captain Rank, Temporal Cruiser

At 30 on my AoY Andorian I went to the shipyard and picked the Long Range Science Vessel. The window flickered and it no longer listed the normal ships. i could purchase my Tac Escort ship and Exploration Cruiser for free - it wanted and tried to charge Zen for me to buy the Temporal Cruiser.

I do have the Temporal Special Agent Pack.

i exited the window and everything loaded up normally and ship costs resolved. I just wanted to pass this on - it seems like a bug that could be pretty annoying. :)
