Temporal Agent bugged for item filters

when i use the 'Show only what i can use' switches or try to load costumes it keeps giving me all the Non-Fed choices..??? isn't TA a Fed based faction? i might think it's possible to use any, but as it does not give me Fed choices in lists, i am guessing not..
