Federation color palette: new color seems to be the same as another and defaults to it

Bottom row, the new color j9 (command gold) seems to be exactly the same as i18. After selecting j9, when you click that color again it will show up as i18.

I noticed this bug long ago. It happens with other colors too. I believe it's a side effect of how the colors are stored. The game probably stores the RGB values internally, and those values are mapped to alphanumeric codes for display in the UI. The problem is that two different codes can represent the same value (and hence the same color), so the UI just selects the first code that matches.

Personally, I would like to see a new Canon Uniform Color Guide along with PWE updating some of the very poorly done uniforms and accessories to make them more accurate. The TWoK Captain's rank is a perfect example!
