TOS Advanced EV Suit not unlocking

The temporal agent pack is supposed to unlock the "TOS Advanced EV Suit" for all characters. Well it doesn't. The character that claimed the pack gets a single suit in his inventory. The others don't get anything, and the suit still shows a 550 zen price in store...

    Yup, I was just going to post about this when I saw your post. So since the thread is already here, I'll simply ad my name to the list of "this ain't working".

    You buy a $130 pack you kind of expect to get everything you're promised. Go figure.

    I bought the Suit in the Store and no unlock...... *cry*

    You need to claim the pack individually of each of your characters and you'll then get one that's bound to that character. They don't consider your Boffs 'characters' <--- Those are NPC pets. Yes, I agree it sucks but they did the same exact thing with the TNG First Contact EVA suits (same price too) until they made them a Vet reward unlock that could be claimed at will once you received that Vet reward.

    Still no Fix! The EV Suit can't be claimed on OTHER Chars (Chars, not BOF's)

    You can get it on multiple characters, but you can only get one per character. So no BOFFs in them sadly.
    To claim on other characters you have to claim the Temporal Special Agent pack from the discount bundles section of the C-Store. When you claim that, it gets added to your inventory.     ​​
    Join date is wrong, I've actually been around since STO Beta.
    True alters don't have a "main". Account wide unlocks for all unique event rewards!!
