Liberated Borg playable character

I received my 900 Days Veteran Rewards a couple days ago, but I don't seem to have the capability to create a Liberated Borg playable character. Is there something I am missing?

    Liberated Borg playable characters are only available to Lifetime Subscribers. I'm 1000 day and I don't get it either. That's how it is.
