Stuck in terrain - first mission

My new 23rd C character beamed down to the first mission. I completed almost the whole mission but then got stuck in a rock near where you fight the three spear-wielding enemies.

I cannot move. I cannot beam out. I cannot Transwarp. I cannot restart the mission. /stuck and /killme do not work. Logging out puts me back in the rock. I have sent a bug report but there is no reply. I cannot start over with a new character as this one has just purchased valuable bound items.

Any ideas on what I am supposed to do now??

You should post the character name and your handle.

Also, are those character bound items that you purchased? From the C-Store? I ask only because many of the C-Store items can be reclaimed on your account unless they specifically say they can't.
