EPS - Value not changing at all consoles on Toons/Ships/Accounts

Hi All.

Regardless of toon/ship - when adding to EPS (ie EPS Flow regulator +100%) the value on ship in Sol sector or any where is not changing. Yet friends are saying theirs are. Removed and added Warp theorist and this effected the value (+/- 10). The base value is stuck on 100.

Is this an account bug or common with others?

    Update - have patched, verified, checked on different accounts/toons. so I can only assume its a software issue??

    Are you looking at your stats in sector space, system space or ground maps?
    Oh, it's not broken? We can soon fix that!

    the value on ship stats in Sol system nor any system space zone. I am aware that stats do not reflect accuracy when in sector space nor on ground. :)
