Advanced Xindi Weapons Platform doing incorrect damage

This may be a display bug, but apparently the pet this console is summoning is doing less than 100 damage a shot, making it useless.

I'm wondering about this myself. My tool tip says the Xindi Weapon Platform does 7.8 phaser damage every 3 seconds on my Narcine carrier. If true, that is very minimal damage.
