Game Server Not Found when loading characters

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
... but only some characters. All KDF, all in the same Fleet that seems to be defunct. Other characters KDF, ROM and FED all load fine. None are in a fleet. Safe Log In does not help. Any thoughts?

    It does not seem to be a network issue. Five KDF characters remain inaccessible and all other characters work fine. I'm stumped.

    does it give any type of an error code or anything when it craps out?

    I just says "GAME SERVER NOT FOUND" and I have to log back in.
