In all honesty, Kate Mulgrew. She's actually a dmamed good actress, and has done a lot of VA work. Flemeth, from Dragon Age, comes to mind. She doesn't need to reprise Janeway, but love to have her in STO. Maybe providing the voice to a hardass MACO commander or something.

I agree she would be good. But if she was brought in... it would be as Janeway. That's how Trek fans know her. And she'd better have a mug of Coffee. Black.
You could put Christopher Plummer and Whoopi Goldberg in anything and they'd be awesome...but Malcolm McDowell is who you get when you can't afford anyone else.
Malcolm McDowell is a pretty skilled actor himself too. And he's no stranger to the video game universe. He played, I believe, the President of the EU in C&C Red Alert 3 Uprising, but most gamers might know him best as Admiral Tolwyn from Wing Commander during the 90s. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v_CKP2UTiJg
I can't take it anymore! Could everyone just chill out for two seconds before something CRAZY happens again?!

Honestly, her voice is distinctive enough that people would hear Janeway no matter what character they brought her in to do.
She's definitely a good enough actress to disappear into any other role onscreen. But voice acting is different. And her voice is 100% Janeway.
Kate Mulgrew. Janeway is the one character that always comes to mind I'd truly like to see reprise of in STO. Everyone else, eh just neutral about them. Maybe Picard or Q.
He's even said all they have to do is call him or his agent.
I thought he didn't want to reprise the role any more?
^ Memory Alpha.org is not canon. It's a open wiki with arbitrary rules. Only what can be cited from an episode is. ^
"No. Men do not roar. Women roar. Then they hurl heavy objects... and claw at you." -Worf, son of Mogh
"A filthy, mangy beast, but in its bony breast beat the heart of a warrior" - "faithful" (...) "but ever-ready to follow the call of the wild." - Martok, about a Targ
"That pig smelled horrid. A sweet-sour, extremely pungent odor. I showered and showered, and it took me a week to get rid of it!" - Robert Justman, appreciating Emmy-Lou
Really, I'd love to see a reprisal of Voyager in it entirety, with new writers and the cast allowed to play their characters. Janeway was meant to be portrayed as a hardass professional officer willing to take risks, verging on arrogant, and both competent and daring enough to back it up.
Instead, the hacks in charge of what can only be called writing by the extremely generous and forgiving gave us a bipolar psycho I wouldn't trust with a lemonade stand.

Since he's in Timelines, I think that's not it. Maybe he doesn't want to play him on the big or small screen anymor? (Kinda like Brent Spiner, he's getting old and it doesn't exactly fit the character).
I think it's not just a matter of calling the agent - it's also a matter of paying his price.

Star Trek Online Advancement: You start with lowbie gear, you end with Lobi gear.
And let me add Shimerman and Auberjonois. Well, basicly the whole DS9 cast. This show was so much better than all other Star Trek shows regarding rich characters.
Another cool one would be Catherine Hicks. We never found out what happened to her character after Star Trek IV and with this whole time travel to ToS theme it would make sense.
Beecause in reality I have the unpopular opinion that Cryptic should not spend money for voice acting but instead invest in writers and more content designers and actually come up with original stories. All the prominent voices we have currently in the game feel forced and are either shoehorned into the story or the story twists around their characters just so they can pull in fans. I feel the expensive actors don't help the game, unfortunately.
Basically anyone from the DS9 cast, but particuarly anything that either would allow us to bring back the Sisko/Q episode or continue the Dominion Storyline with Odo.

Chris Pine AND Shatner; a meeting of the two Kirks. It's something STO can do that the movies can't. While having the two Spocks meet worked in the JJ films, they keep saying thay can't have the two Kriks meet on screen 'cos it'd just come off as goofy and shoehorned. In the wider environment that is STO, it's more likely they could make it work somehow.
My second fave would be whoever played the temporal investigators in DS9's 'Trouble with Tribbles' two flat out comedy characters who actually worked and didn't feel out of place, I'd love to see these guys getting all bent of of shape by the chronological mucking about in STO.
Third would be Seth McFarlane. Yes, he was in Trek! I remember being surprised to see him in his cameo, buthe is in Trek and he does have a line so it counts!
And finally, whoever did any kind of voice work for the STO deep-space exploration missions. Heard that these were a part of the early game, where you could go and discover procedurally generated new worlds and new civilisations. If we hear the voice that briefs you on those missions, it means they're back in the game and they sound awesome. So...that.
