Ship weapon hardpoint are broken when using Herald turrets with Scatter Volley firing mode

I would like to report a bug with Herald cannons weapon that's rather annoying because it's permament.

As soon as you activate the cannons:Scatter volley abilities on a ship equiped with herald antiproton turrets then about half your shot will fire normally from your ship normal weapon hardpoint but the other half will will start shotting from some sort of ghost hardpoint situated either a few km to the side or behind the ship (that part seem to cange betwen ships and ship orientation in scape during the shooting), most of the bolt coming from these phantom hardpoint are normal but some are heavily distorted and turned into ray like flashy thing instead of herald bolt.

I gave a few lefover weapon to fleet mate to test a few thing to help you guys indentify the issue and here is the bullet list of what we found out:
- the issue only appear on "small bolt" Herald antiproton cannons. By small bolt I mean turrets and dual cannons, DUAL HEAVY CANNONS ARE NOT AFFECTED by the issue, they fire normally
- the issue doesn't just exist on the client of the player shotting the herald guns, everyone on a map with a ship equiped with herald dual cannons or turrets will see a flurry of bolt coming from empty space when that ship activate cannon scatter volley . It's clearly not just a graphics or hardware issue or it wouldn't be visible by other player if it were. So yeah everytime I go do a queu I am pretty much griefing everyone around me and ruining their immerssion, I want to appologize for that.
- We tried the herald gun on a variety of ship and all ship we tested had the issue, the problem is 100% reproductible from what we have tested

Steps to reproduce
-equip herald dual cannons in all front weapon slot of a ship
-equip herald turrets in the back slot
-activate Cannon:Scatter Volley and start shooting
-Watch some of your shot coming normally from your ship hardpoint and some other coming from a ghost hardpoint in empty space some distance away from tyour ship.

I know this may seem trivial for some people but trust me it looks really weir din action and after a while it's just really distruptive to gameplay there is enough vfx clutter from abilities we don't need anymore like a flurry of shot coming right on front of the camera following your ship

    Seeing it as well using Herald Antiproton Turrets. At first I thought it was some kind of intricate gfx effect for these herald weapons. But when shots originate in empty space several kilometers off to the sides of the ship, it's clear something is amiss. Not holding my breath, though, that things like these ever get fixed in this game.

    Thanks for speaking out about this sklib the more people affected by this the higher the chances of it being fixed
