My combat log file is missing. I have went so far as to completely reload the game (took forever) and it still is no where to be found. Got no help from support. HELP!

I take it you did issue the "/combatlog 1" console command prior to going into combat.

For a while now (since the week before the 2016/03/10 patch), the game client has been changed to log combat into separate files with different timestamps in their names (rotated every hour). Check your local
    .\Star Trek Online\Live\logs\GameClient

folder for logfiles named, for example, like this:
    Combatlog_2016-05-21_19-00-00.Log

You will need to browse and select these individually in your Combat Meter Analysis tool.

Alternatively, you may employ a new launcher command line parameter "-NoAutoRotateLogs" to disable the rotation of combat logfiles. For more information on how to go about this, check this link for illustrated instructions.
