Characters not getting credit for Risa daily

(I do the daily on all my characters fyi)

One of my characters did not receive vouchers for doing the daily. He got 20 favors instead.

I checked the cooldown after I finished with my other characters and he had 19 hours 40 minutes till the next daily, so I know when I got the favors that counted as the daily.

That should not be.

Not that it matters too much on this character since he's not the one doing the 1000 voucher event, but I trade in the vouchers on my other characters for spec points.

I just had this happen to me, and did a forum search before posting something new. I turned in the daily and received 20 favors instead of the 40 2016 prize vouchers. I am wondering if it is because I still have the completed artifact search mission that also gives 20 favors. I missed the bonus turn in and held it while I did the daily.

I was able to pull up the mission again from the event coordinator, and the the rewards are incorrect now as well.

I noticed that earlier, even though I was passed 20hrs, it still showed lohlunat favors for the reward before I accepted the mission. I closed the window, re-opened and voila, 2016 vouchers showed as the correct reward.

I had the same problem just now. What is happening is you are on most likely on cool-down. This year you can do the Flying High mission every 15 mins or so for favors, but the vouchers are only every 24hrs. Look in your PVE queue tab, and check the views cool-downs button at the top right (new feature last patch). Mine was still at 2 hrs.

I wasn't on cooldown. After I did it on the rest of my characters I went back to the bugged one and had about 19 hours 40 minutes left on cooldown, which means when I did it was the daily. If I was still on cooldown when I did it I would have probably been off cooldown when I went back to the character.

Cooldown is 20 hours, so you can do it at 11 PM like I do after work, and the next night you can do it again starting at 7 PM. I know for an absolute fact I wasn't on cooldown, but I also know I didn't check the reward before I accepted the mission because why would I need to?
