    I had a similar experience. Used Datachips and no accolade, but when I transferred from New Romulus Command to Romulus System map, I received multiple notifications of accolades completing. Try changing Maps.

    I have changed maps several times this has gone on for weeks. I have reloaded, changed maps, restarted my pc, no joy.
