anyone have problem with gateway?

in PC Gameplay Bug Reports
I have 13 character and on gateway i cant see my ship equipment and consoles, and in the personnel files page there is no captain,but on one toon i can see all ship stuff except that still dont see the captain in the personnel files,anyone have the same problem?

    The gateway has been defunct for ages and on numerous occasions devs stated that there are no plans to fix it. So, you are not alone facing those issues but the gateway has been effectively discontinued at this point as well. pig-12.gif​​

    ok thank you,but then they should simply delete the gateway,wonder why is not done yet???

    I guess they can still advertise it and it doesn't require any investment at this point. If it was actual game content they would have removed it by now I'd assume.​​
