Game locking up on Loading Screen again.

So the game seems to lock up on loading screens when zoning for missions or really anything. It happens 2 to 3 times in an hour and seems to be random when it happens. So I can not give much detail other then it happens at 40 to 59 in the load screen numbers if it goes further its good but if it freezes I have to restart my pc cause I can not do anything on my desk top other then the start menu stuff or use tool bar and trying to close the program does nothing cause I can not get into task manager to close it. This has been happening to me for some time now about 1 month or so. Well I am not sure why it does this but its rather annoying when trying to run through the mission lines having to restart from scratch on some missions. So if you could look into this that would be great.
