DOFF and Admiralty Memory Leak

I logged on today and discovered a strange bug. When I logged on to each of my alternate characters, I discovered that the projects I had started in the DOFF and Admiralty systems had completely vanished. My Duty Officer and Admiralty Ship rosters were not affected, but the 20 DOFF projects and 8 Admiralty projects I had slotted were missing from either the In Progress or the Completed tabs. It was as if I hadn’t started them at all, even though their absence from the available mission lists indicated that I clearly had.

I see this from time to time on R&D 20 hour projects, gone, no reward, at first I thought it was me, but after the 3rd,4th,5th on and on time nope. Always on my Romulan. She gets short changed in good 50 zen dil assignments all the time, now R&D?
