blood of the ancients trouble

Hi I have been trying to replay 'Blood of the ancients' in order to the the resonating console, I completed it fine a couple of days ago. Yesterday It crashed when I went to walk through the gateway, verified game cache and played it as normal. Now when I get as far as needing to walk through the gateway, i get 'cannot transfer player container message' then it just logs me out, what is this and how can i fix it so i can finish the mission please?
