The Ent J is a terrible design. It looks like someone skinned a starship, nailed it to a board to salt dry and then ran it through a Taffy Puller. It has got to be the 3rd worst design I have seen.
At least Cryptic made it look great with the ships they have released, but Ill hold final judgement till I fly them.
If the Ent J HAS to be in game set it as a background ship fighting in a big fleet battle.
I would like to see that ship in game as a flyable ship as well. Who knows with all the temporal jumping around and mirror universe and whatnot we might get it one day.

Everything I remember reading about the J was that it was meant to travel to other galaxies and be an almost generational ship. I can't see this massive ship being a playable....its something like the size of 4 borg cubes!
Pah, it's still tiny compared to the Voth fortress ship I think it would be interesting to have it as a base/social zone like DS9 is. Give us a decent interior and use it as a staging area for temporal missions, like we have with the Krenim fleet holding.

A more appropriate comparison is what the designer of the Akira wanted for it and the Heavy Escort Carrier. Then there is the Vesta ships, Odyssey, and Chimera which all had the original creator's input even if they were just a fan of the game that was chosen by a contest.
If we ever get the Enterprise-J, then it would be 2 miles wide, called the Universe-class, and have some highly advanced engines. Although, if we do see it in STO, I don't see it as a playable ship, but as a mission location. Probably find a heavily damaged one and we have to help it get repaired or keep it out of the hands of some hostile alien force. There is absolutely no need to see the ship move since it is supposed to be able to fold space so the devs would only need some visual FX.

Not necessarily. There is no canon size for the ship, there is only a minimum size we can estimate from the windows. It would be about twice as long as the Oddy at minimum, that's as long as the Krenim weapon ship or the Vonph and about as wide as the oversized Scimitar. Huge, yes, but not as game breakingly so as people keep stating.
That's with its minimum size of 2 Km based on window sizes calculated from Archer standing next to one. There's no reason to have it at 3.3 Km (2 miles) if Cryptic don't want it to be.
