Coordination Protocols not displaying on own hangar pets

I have coordination protocols+defensive+offensive on one character in a Recluse and the icons for all 3 display for NPCs, other players, and even the hull repair drones from the Varanus console, but they don't display for my own elite Mesh Weavers.
Not sure if it's just a graphical issue where the icons don't display or if they're really not getting the buffs. I know our own hangar pets are supposed to get the full 20% buffs and everything else gets 5% but I have no way of knowing if it's working or not for my own pets.
