Brig displays full Duty Officer roster.

While working on a Duty Officer assignment involving Prisoners, I set filters in the manual selection pop-up to show white-quality Prisoners only. I did not reverse this before assigning the DOffs and starting the assignment. Afterwards, I couldn't get blue- and purple-quality Prisoners to display if I tried to manually assign Prisoners to an assignment if it did not involve any filter options. While trying to investigate the matter, I went into the DOff UI, in the Brig tab, and clicked the 'Reset' button on the filters (found by clicking the expand arrow). This caused the Brig list to fill up with standard Duty Officers from my roster with no way to get them to go away and have the UI show only Prisoners again. Finishing up my Duty Officer assignments on that character (Conphed@turbomagnus), I transferred to a different character (Kehla@turbomagnus) only to discover that character's Brig was also affected and showing all Duty Officers with no way to limit the view to Prisoners only.

That problem with the Reset button in the hidden filters section, where clicking it will make all your colonists and prisoners show up in filtered lists where applicable, has been around for months. Any such UI filter changes/settings persist across switching characters until you exit the client. Only then will settings be back to the default.
