Terran Hotpants Colour Palette Bugged ?

Hi i'm asking this question as i went into change my characters costume and when selecting the Terran Hotpants i only got the original colour options on release. Red or more Red. Tried on 2 diff characters who have the outfit unlocked.

Has someone reverted in yesterdays patch ?
