Options for showing name/title/health on self are not working, or not able to be selected

Hello there. As the title says, I'm having an issue with the game. I have a character(my lowest level character) that I'm trying to have the "Show always" option selected for his name/title/health, yet when I go to the HUD tab for options, I'm unable to select that choice from the little dropdown. The choices are either locked out, or are undermined by the damn "Load UI" button right underneath, and it screws everything up. I've tried changing the UI scale, tried widening the options menu, tried lengthening it, with the same result every time. Nothing I've tried has worked.

Is there a workaround, or a way to fix this problem? Maybe a direction that I can be pointed in? Is there a keybind for it(similar to what Lord of the Rings Online has, i.e. Press N to hide/enable floating names)? I had sent a ticket in game earlier as well.

I'm having the same problem. I'm guessing not everyone's having it. I also can't reshape HUD windows so I'm guessing it might just be UI stuff getting rekt.

I don't have this problem but all my toons are L60+, but I can confirm someone in the fleet reported the exact same thing, and I was unable to help them.

I've more or replaced every file that should matter for the game. At this rate I think I might as well just have reinstalled. In any case, nothing changed it so I think it might be problems with settings on individual computers. Anyone know much about what the UI runs on?

I have the exact same problem! I tried everything ...from changing resolution, going window mode, ui scalling (up and down). I am still not able to highlight these options after "mouse over", load UI highlights instead.

Is there maybe a way to change these settings externally? I'm sure they're probably stored somewhere in a text file.

If there is, I'd like to know as well as how to change those settings. I enjoy seeing my title/name over my character's head. I didn't hear back from the ticket I had put in a while back. I'll have to put another one in when I log into the game. It's the same with the health bar totals.

The only option i have found is to move/drag the bottom of the option window to the bottom of the screen to force the check boxes to move up into the option menu instead of covering the load UI and OK buttons. you may have to stretch the option window till the boxes slip between the load UI and OK buttons.
