White Blinking Lights Broken on Defiant and Prometheus Variants, Possibly More...

So I saw a post on the official STO Reddit page the other day about how somebody's flashing lights were not working on some of their ships. They didn't mention what ships they were talking about, but I noticed today the blinking white lights found on all Defiant and Prometheus ship variants were no longer functioning. I know they were there before, because pretty much all Federation, Romulan, and Klingon ships have those flashing light nodes on them. It is possible this has affected more than just these two ship types though, as I saw somebody flying around in a Saber-type Escort today that was also missing said blinking lights. It is also possible that these lights are non-functional on Odyssey-type cruisers, specifically on their undersides. Also, I'm unsure if they had them to begin with, but the Eclipse Intel Cruiser and Phantom Intel Escort are also lacking these blinking white lights.

I have no idea what is causing this, but I didn't notice it until this past Thursday's patch. This isn't a game-breaking issue, but it is a rather odd one that popped up seemingly at random.
