Purchased wrong package - Can I get a refund/corrected package?

I yesterday tried to purchase the Intrepid pack with the intrepid interior but mistakenly purchased the wrong item in the store ( I bought the t6 ship in error ). Upon customising the ship I was asked to pay zen for ship appearance items and thought this was the alternative method for purchasing the interior. Instead I erronously bought the balleraphon stand-alone ship from inside the ship customisation menu.

I really need a refund on the purchases so I can get the package I intended to buy. This wasnt exactly cheap, and I feel its a resonable request given there is no actual change in money paid for zen.
