Anybody else lose their Free Inventory Slot promotion on any of their characters today?

Logged in today to claim the T3 ship special and yesterdays promotion (The 12 free inventory slots) was missing from my main character. I had claimed it on all my other characters and also had the bug where your unique items were duplicated into your overflow. I had also played the new featured episode and had the free slots when I did so.

Ah this... Just in case you were the one who asked on ESD and I was the one who answered, know I think I misunderstood what you said/asked (I thought you meant something else) before and maybe misled you, and I apologize for that. In case it wasn't you, then this paragraph does not applicable for you.

To the point. By YOUR description, it SEEMS that unlike the tier 3 ship's giveaway, the 12 inventory spaces giveaway was a char unlock and not an account-wide unlock, unlike some other rewards. And while you unlocked it for some characters, it was not unlocked for that specific character before the specific item's giveaway expired. (while the tier 3 ship giveaway was going on, the inventory space giveaway was expired and replaced by it)




As for the ship, it should have been an account unlock if you could and did claim it on a char DURING this giveaway. (a char at level 20+ in that case, of a faction which could use it) Note that you need a specific level/faction etc to use a ship unlocked account wide. Try finding and opening a related box of ship if you don't have the ship but have the box on any char. (I think in this case of this giveaway though it's unlocked already, but unsure, so just it case it isn't)

*In case you had a full roster/inventory and didn't make place and got an error, you didn't get the ship on that char yet, but if already successfully claimed on other char it should be available in general for the account.



In case you had the overflow bug then no idea but an account unlock should hopefully be and stay an unlock. Ideally.
And some wild question just occurred to my mind in case I am wrong and it is related - what is in your overflow bag? Is it related to the specific reward? If so, is the specific reward claimed on other char? Is it unlocked for other chars? Could you claim anything since/unlock anything since, if applicable? Is the item in overflow bag new? -Maybe the answers can help others help you.

Note that I am just a player like you and not a staff member etc.
