Gravity Well Pull?

I have observed that Gravity Well is not pulling as hard as it did before the Season 11.5 launch to Holodeck (or what I observed on Tribble prior to launch). I am running Gravity Well III with ControlX skill at ~150 with 122 Aux. The radius seems correct, but ships are pulled much slower to the center and seemingly can move more easily away from the well. I am not sure if others have reported anything similar yet, but if there is additional information I can provide to assist with confirming or troubleshooting this, please let me know and I'll try to get that.
