fleet roster still under 500 as message said it is full as can't invite more.

I am post for my teamplayer Napoleon@mlmlm07911, his message is "Today, when i tried to invite someone to our fleet The Peacekeepers Fleet
it said: Error inviting to fleet: The Peacekeepers Fleet has reached full capacity. You must remove members to add new ones.
But the roster was only at 470 out of 500... and even then i kicked 20 of the inactive users and it still would give the same error message. I dont understand why this is happening and would like to have it fixed" I also tried do that to see if same problem with other fleet "House of Kagran". It had same problem even roser is only 362 as message said it reach max out. So it looks like bad bug.

    We're getting this on our kdf and fed fleets.

    I joined a solo fleet to test and that could invite fine.

    [Fleet] Error inviting to fleet: -Renegades- has reached full capacity. You must remove members to add new ones.

    We're under the limit currently at 450 members.

    Well House of Kagran had 362 members even not reach to 450 yet.

    We are getting similar errors in all our fleets. Access Denied, Naw'Tem and our secondary fleets as well

    Same problem here.

    Delta Strike Force was at 515 people prior to the update.
    After the update I cleared up the rosters and lowered the member count to 322. No invite possibility.
    Delta Banking Force was at 7 people prior to the update. Now at 8. It never had more than 10 members.

    All members in the Strike Force have been online in 2016.

    If the bug hunters need any additional information, please tag me in your post and I'll provide whatever I can provide.

    Sir, Thank you so much for important information as about that fleet with members 8...still can't invite more. I hope we get resolve problem soon. Thank to all of other who read and response to my report.

    We are looking into this issue. Thanks to everyone for the information.

    While I am aware that this is not the case for all affected fleets; after we fix this issue, it may persist if you have more than 500 members, as fleets are intended to be capped at that value.

    Synergy Gaming Community only has 187 members, yet we still have this issue.

    So does axanar Squadron and we have 355 members , it appears that any fleet above 100 members cannot longer invite members. I assume that there is a code error they copief from another PWE game ( neverwinter) where guilds cannot exceed 100.

    If so that is a lousy copy/paste. Escpecialy when one considers a season or midseason launch brings back alot of players so fleets prepare recruitement events. This is now halted due to a bug that could have been fixed before the launch if it was tested.

    I do hope a patch comes up ASAP as this is a major element of STO , if you cannot bring in new members in your guild you leave alot of people deprived of :

    - Fleet gear
    - fleet knowledge
    - playing STF's with fleetmates

    Same here. I dropped a fleet temporarily expecting to join another for fleet starbase shopping. Now no fleet, or shopping for me. :(

    Same here, the 26th Brigade can´t invite Members at the Moment. We are just 146. On invite: "...Fleet has reached full capacity..." > CRYPTIC PLS HELP

    Considering that fleets have been able to expand beyond the 500 cap since the armada system launched 9 months ago it may be best for community relations and those fleets who are above 500 to push the fleet cap to 1,000. Otherwise it will lock down hard those fleets vastly above 500. I know of one fleet in game with 2,616 members, a number of that size I believe is an outlier but I would say most are under 1k so I think most could be comfortable with a raised cap of 1k given the situation.

    Fleet size always has been an interesting discussion, because many aspects can have influence over the desired size of a fleet. But that is a discussion for another forum topic.

    Anyway, I did some more tests, here are the numbers I found from my fleets.
    Delta Strike Force: 515 members prior to 11.5. Long time offline people were kicked afterwards, lowering the active member count to 322. Inviting people to this fleet is impossible both through right-clicking the character name and through the invite button in the Fleet Window. Fleet is a member of a KDF armada.
    Delta Task Force: 830 members prior to 11.5. Long time offline people were kicked afterwards, lowering the active member count to 664. Inviting people to this fleet is impossible both through right-clicking the character name and through the invite button in the Fleet Window. Fleet is a member of a FED armada.
    Delta Banking Force: 7 members prior to 11.5. After 11.5 I succesfully invited an 8th member through the fleet invitation window. No members were kicked prior to this invite. Fleet is not a member in any Armada.
    Delta Recon Force: 274 members prior to 11.5. Long time offline people were kicked afterwards, lowering the active member count to 224. Inviting people to this fleet is impossible both through right-clicking the character name and through the invite button in the Fleet Window. Fleet is a member of a FED armada (same armada as Delta Task Force).

    From this information 2 conclusions are possible:
    -Inviting people to a fleet of at least 224 people is currently impossible
    -Inviting people to a fleet in an Armada is currently impossible

    But one thing is certain: inviting itself is not broken, Something else is.

    My point was that it was stated that the cap should be 500 by @crypticspartan#0627 and the system has allowed fleets to grow past that number over the past 9 months since 10.5 came out. Going back on that now maybe unwise and looking forward maybe the better option. Granted the bug and the stated policy of the cap size are different topics but all are tied together from this event considering it's been 9 months and many have pushed past 500, going back on that could be very disabling to many fleets and their operations not to mention player morale to the game.

    On the bug tracking help, I am able to send invites from a fleet in an armada that only has 37 on the roster. All my other fleets are over 100, smallest is 133 and none can send invites.

    This issue has nothing to do with fleets gooing beyond 500 members , they made a code glitch that set max fleet size to 100 ( like neverwinter ) they need to fix that

    Here Division Hispana with the same problem. We have currently 370 members and can't invite new players.

    Any fleet above 100 members cannot invite , its been verified on reddit and tester troughout many fleets.

    This was originally a bug that was on Tribble but has now made it's way on to Holodeck! We in Starfleet Task Force 1-Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta have ran into this issue. Please fix A.S.A.P. Thanks!​​

    No mention of the issue on the Patch notes... this is a very messed up prank you Na'kuhl friends are playing on us CRYPIC!!! We must combat this Threat to the stability of the Fleets and sanity of their leaders! Kill those Na'kuhl and take their cool ships away! We could give the devs some of them to see if they can move faster with a fix, because yes "Red goes Faster"

    I would indeed suggest putting out a message either in the Patch notes or through other means, such as the launcher or a more visible official forum post.
    Since this is a bug that affects most of the playerbase, people are beginning to notice. And with that, panic is beginning to spread. I kept my fleets informed so far, so they are relaxed. But other fleets are beginning to enter the non-relaxed mode.
    Providing information to the playerbase at large would at this point be a rather sensible idea.

    I would like to point out that Armada invites seem to be bugged as well. Armadas with open Beta and Gamma slots are unable to invite fleets in to fill those openings.

    Yeah our fleet roster is at 444 members and we can't invite a single more, even if i remove 1 or 20. I hope this gets fixed very fast because it has destroyed our ability to recruit to the fleet.
