Another "Quality reduced" bug?

My secondary equipped weapon (from the Jem Hadar Set) got blue after I replaced the primary purple weapon (Borg Prosthetic - Medical Drone) with another purple weapon (anti borg antiproton automatik rifle).

Looks similar to the "Boff quality reduced" bug.
