Romulan Captain disconnects after zone change

Been happening for awhile now. Every time I transwarp, enter a system or leave a system on my romulan captain, the game disconnects.

Edit: I can transwarp to Defera without a problem, but soon as I leave defera system, it disconnects.

    Nothing has changed. Romulan still has disconnect problems.
