i breach through the ship got stuck on the wall then went inside the voth ship could not self destruct until the rally showed up at large core took then went back to start a few pictures below

I got stuck near the core and after ~30sec or so the "really to .." option appeared and it sent me to the outside area at the ship initial breach entrance.

old bug happened to me when this came out first

very rare thou occured 2 times total to me

if u delt enoughf dmg b4 it happens u wont get afk penalty
