Hmm... I guess it's just the lighting then. I double check and it looks right except the shading.
EDIT: BTW, if you want I could give you sliders for Liojor's crew. I actually made a total of 7 Boslic for the mission I used them in.Post edited by markhawkman on0 -
I may have run out of character slots. Why do I still play and put money into STO?

well, not sure which four you'd want so... here's all six.
I didn't actually name all of them. Most were bit parts.

Should be up in a couple minutes. Why do I still play and put money into STO?

so, the security column map, the spawn is too close to the columns, one of the team got stuck.
Might be partly because I did a 3-man run, but we had serious lag issues on the space battle maps. Not the ground, but the space.
BTW, I liked the dialog you did for Liojor.Post edited by markhawkman on0 -
Thanks for letting me know about the spawn point lssue. I hadn't thought of that.
As for the space maps- was the lag constant? I know that mobs scale up with the number of players in the foundry. Perhaps there was more than one battleship? (primary targets in the first space fight- other hoshostiles should vanish when they go down)
If you remember :

Hunh. forgot to scrutinize the way Liojor looked. I didn't see anything that grabbed my attention though. The lag did seem to vary with ship numbers.0

Just did a run through on my main character. Again I experienced no lag.Why do I still play and put money into STO?

I approve of the Haasra crazy scheme, I'm sure the shoes were necessary to calibrate sensitive medical equipment. :PBipedal mammal and senior Foundry author.

Good to hear. I admit I wasn't to sure about that conversation myself.
About the final space map: (I noticed from your review- Thank you very much btw) I used the largest nebula clouds I could... Maybe raising them up a bit? Other than that I really don't know what else to try- the first few attempts I made on that map had alot of holes in the "sun" if you looked down at the right place. Why do I still play and put money into STO?

What I was thinking is maybe using a gas giant or monochrome planet for the body, a few nebula clouds for the solar activity, and lighting that makes said gas giant look radiant.
There's some other idea in this thread from not too long ago.

But what you have works in terms of the visuals (and how the mission is structure). It just might pose a problem for temperamental or lower range hardware.
