Romulan BOFF Recruitment Missions Bugged?

The Romulan & Reman Bridge Officer recruitment missions/assignments appear to be bugged yet again. This was fixed in a previous patch but now the issue has resurfaced.

    Bugged? As in non-existent? Because they haven't been working in over 6 months. I think they still technically pop up from time to time, but it's like one in thousands of instances. So they exist, but they're so rare as to be virtually gone.

    I have yet to see one.. in.. well since the Legacy expansion hit.. though I did take a break.. pretty freakin annoying that I can recruit Fed races often but never see anything Romulan or Reman..

    It's already on the list of things to fix. The bug-hunters have reported it. Now we just have to be patient for said fix.

    The whole DOFF system is bugged, not only Rom/Rem BOs.
