First weekend will be 10,000 Zen for the niner after that 12,000. Same with smaller 5,000 for the three instead of 6,000 and 2,500 for a single ship instead 3,000.
By the way, whoever said they were expecting Science ships should check out the Blog. They were touting the Science version of each Bundle.

Let us all rejoyce as BFAW spam reduces ISA to something that barely lasts one minute.
It's not as OP as it could have been If they gave them Intel spec instead of the far more lackluster Command spec access, then it would have been real OP on the T6 Scimitar. Of course, I knew they'd shackle these ships with Command because because of the "Flagship" B.S. but Intel would have been far better.

You might want to have another look at it.
The T6 Scim was kept in line, it's not going to break anything because it's command instead of Intel. I know you're constantly on the 'anti scimitar' kick, and I get that, but this release should be good news to you. In the T5 Days, the Scimitar was top dog, hands down, I won't even try and argue that. Since DR though, the Scimitar has become increasingly more 'average' to the point where many Romulans currently favor other ships. I'm not saying the Scimitar sucks, it doesn't.. it's a T5U that can hang with the T6 and even out damage quite a few of them. Taking the current design, giving it a so/so trait and command instead of Intel means the ship is staying right on par with where it is now.
If you want a Romulan ship to get all worked up about, watch an accomplished DPS runner in a Morrigu, that will really send you over the edge. Personally, I switched from the Scimitar to the Morrigu a while back and this upcoming release won't change that in the least. I'm surprised you're not happy about it, they really kept the leash on it at T6. The T6 version isn't any more powerful then the current T5U version which puts it in the mix at the top of the pack, but by no means sets the standard.
I'll take my Intel Spec T6 Morrigu with it's great maneuverability and awesome trait over the T6 Scim any day.
The T6 Mogai definitely is a mean little ship. It has the flexible BOFF seating and Intel access to really turn out a performance. Hell, in the release it came with, the T6 Avenger / Mogh / Mogai, the Mogai was by far the best one of that, and the other 2 ships are no slouches in performance either.
Check sto twitter guys theres pics of the eng flagships
The dev who worked on the fed ones posted all the fed ships. The tac and eng one look hideous. It looks like they tried to recreate the assault cruiser excalibur variant for the eng version. But the sci looks good.
As long as the Bortasqu’ comes equipped with a Frigate, I'll be happy. I feel that it is unfair that the Vo'Quv & the Kar'Fi are the only two Klingon ships that can equip frigates.
One day Cryptic will be free from their Perfect World overlord. Until that day comes, they will continue to pamper the whales of this game, and ignore everyone that isn't a whale.
@alexraptorr What the hell, I just put a load of tet beams on it the other day to free up some inventory space. I'll give it a whirl and see how long I can keep it in one piece.
For once I actually think the KDF ships look the best.
Romulan ships these days seem to be a competition to fit the most ludicrous oversize curved parts onto a warbird.
The Fed ones are just the same old stuff really but now with extra "aggressive jaggy bits", plus that Tac one looks like a massive Pathfinder from that angle. The Sci one looks the same as the original one!
The KDF ones look pretty decent though, an evolution on the original design and I do like that Sci one that seems to have triple-nacelles on each wing - very cool!

They may look hideous to you, but thankfully I don't really see the issue with theTactical one, at least, I think it looks awesome... and as it is stated by this saying: "Beauty is in the eye of the beholder."
The new Scimitar design is absolutely gorgeous! Smooth curves on the wings/hull, a more Warbird-esque profile overall. I'm in love!!!
It looks like a true kit bash. They took the Ha'nom guardian hull and threw it on top of mutilated wings. They should have kept closer to the original scimitar.
Wow, this one looks nice! Can't wait to see more renderings of them...
Not bad for a Romulan ship:
It looks like the same oddessy to me..nothing special. The romulan scimitar looks like a kit bashed Ha'nom guardian hull with somewhat scimitar style wings. Ehh, I might get the scimitar for trait. Then go back to my Tarantula
I was not interested in these ships until I read that the Science one is the Yorktown-Class. I am a history nerd and really love the legacy of the carriers named Yorktown.
Guess its a good thing my Fed flies cruisers, better start the dil grind I guess.
I'm actually more interested to see what sort of Specialization seating each has- considering the Command Cruisers that were previously introduced had almost all "Command" only seating available. Would be nice if they actually introduced other specializations into the new ones, else it's just another flavor of the same soup.
It's not you- it's me. I just need my space.
Being critical doesn't take skill. Being constructively critical- which is providing alternative solutions or suggestions to a demonstrated problem, however, does.

I'm sorry to inform you, probably missed it but it said in the post "Each variant of these powerful starships features a Lieutenant Commander Universal/Command Bridge Officer seat and has a unique console and Starship Trait."
So it's going to be command, which really upsets me because Fed and KDF are bloated with Command based Cruisers, while I originally wanted them...I think it's a pass for me now.
I mean I knew it wasn't going to be pilot and likely not going to be intel, which is why I like others was hoping for a new specialization.

LOL, agreed. Aside from the Gorkon class, the Bortasqu' variants just look really cheap and uninteresting. Good thing I love the OG Bortasqu' design so much! This gives me more incentive to keep it!
They really couldn't win with the Specialization, they painted themselves into a corner.
Intel - Can't use it because it would push the Scimitar over the top
Pilot - Doesn't make sense. The Scim and Bort are enormous, Pilot wouldn't really fit here.
Command - The only option left. Makes sense for 'flagships' but horribly underwhelming.
This would have been a good time for them to introduce a new specialization. I'm kind of surprised that they didn't. Ultimately, the Command spec will make these ships a pass for me.
Ya I bought the command ships and instantly regretted it. Command Specialization is soo Meh. It really was a nice thought that looked.good on paper but was a horrendous mess in application.

Yeah, it's funny.. I love my Presidio, but I noticed not too long ago that most of the time I don't run any Command abilities on it. The only one I ever use is Overwhelm Emitters. Suppression Barrage is ok-ish, and I honestly don't like any other command ability at all.
When I fly a ship with Intel on the other hand, I absolutely use it every time. I actually don't use any 'Pilot' Skills on my Icarus either. Nothing really seems to have the 'pop' that you get with Intel.
To you jokers saying that you won't buy a ship because it looks bad/weird/not to your liking, despite already using the current model:
You guys realize that there's three separate variants of each one now, right? And that in addition to that, you'll still be able to use the older flagship models still?
C'mon, guys, these aren't giant leaps in logic being made here.
Come on, that kind of talk makes their heads hurt.
"Intelligence is finite, stupidity is infinite" -- Umberto Eco
Agreed that some of the variants of the Bortasqu' look way too toyetic. When I get it, and I will get it, it'll probably use most of the T5 parts.
The eng variant is definitely out for me but I want to take a look at the tac from a different angle. The nacelles look interesting enough an the sci's head looks interesting too. I think the main reason the eng variant looks like a toy is because it's simply too smooth.

Your cutesy reply despite, the C-Store Odyssey ships allow for very limited customizations (only color, iirc). This, I reckon, primarily because of the Aqaurius bridge, looking out onto the ship's outer hull (a bridge no sane person would ever want to swap out, LOL).
So, if the new T6 Ody has the Aquarius bridge too (adapted for its current shape), then it is by no means certain it will suddenly have more customization options than its predecessor.
These aren't giant leaps in logic being made here.
Let us all rejoyce as BFAW spam reduces ISA to something that barely lasts one minute.
At this point though I don't see that. I mean the ships don't seem like a big upgrade over the current ones. I'd have expected something more spectacular form the "flagships" than another command hybrid cruiser. Plus, the tactical variant of the Oddy looks terrible. The Scimitar supposedly looks like a "real" starship now, but we'll see.
Yah I hope there is more special about them then another lt. com command cruiser, warbird, or battlecruiser. Another thing is I really hope they do something about the fact your will have to loose 6 consoles slots at least to use all the T6 and T5 ship consoles. That is harsh for those of us who like them but can't justify the cost in loose of slots with all our Optimized build required consoles. So they never get used but we still want to have these powers... If we got slots specifically for ship attached consoles even just 3 or 4 that would be amazing.
Ewwwwww that Scim...please tell me I can attach the old model variants on it....please....also when the Scimitar was first released its Thalaron was Gorgeous and worth the 12 second charge up and it got nerfed, the Scimitar was too op and it got nerfed 2 times? IIRC how much is the ship gonna get it in the Thrusters this time?
It was never nerfed as I am aware Try maxing aux and particle gens before firing a thalaron pulse it can be quite powerful, but powers like this were never scaled correctly for T6 content
the problem with the scimitar stays: its having 5/3 and a big overpowered pet, while the other ships have 4/4 and a measly toggle hangar ship.
if the oddy and bort dont come with a hangar that can slot brel/callisto big pets its imbalanced again. i dont get at all why the scimitar is a crusier with a single big hangar and a really OP pet at all, combined with 5/3 layout. ONE of those is already imbalancing, the scimitard is returning.
but bort and oddy wont come with hangar i guess, because theres the old consoles giving synergies, so theres that launchable console.
or maybe they drop t5+t6console synergy (cause wow - that would be a six piece set then!) and give us at LEAST one of the features of the scimitard. either 5/3 layout OR a "big single hangar" otherwise i dont see anything distinguishing the oddy/bort from the command BCs at all.

So much misinformation in this post... 5/3 layout is nice but it's not THAT much better in Beam dominate meta, it's also not a cruiser is warbird dreadnought. Thous a TACTICAL focused dreadnought, that is one of the reasons why it's considered OP, along with hanger and battlecloak, and 5 tact consoles.
It does however lack command auras and has the singularity penalty.

They were never OP to begin with. These will be no different. There is a reason no one uses them anymore. Stickin with my Tarantula/Avenger.
They should have released some newly designed Science ships for the Klingons and romulans. These "sci variants" do not cut it.
Either way, I will have fun blowing these kiddies in their T6 oddy's up with a lil dose of Kemocite!
