Dilithium offer "stuck", unable to cancel (Fixed without response)

Greetings,
A few weeks ago (2 patches ago if I recall) I posted a dilithium offer on the Exchange for (I think) 1000 Zen with my 'main', T'Be@bobnooniansingh. Most of it sold, but the last 12 Zen seem to be 'stuck', and I can't cancel the offer on any of my toons. I get the typical error "Failed to cancel dilithium offer, Internal error".
I waited through a patch or two thinking it might resolve itself, then submitted a ticket a week ago, no response. I see from previous reports I'm not the only one who's experienced this, so hopefully there's a known solution.

Cryptic is maintaining a perfect 100% "no-response" rate to bug reports, no matter how I submit them or how much money they involve, but at least it's working now.
