Unable to access Overflow Bag

Since this week's patch, I have a toon that cannot access the Overflow Bag. Unfortunately, changing instances, maps, reloading the game client etc. does not fix it. I had some Qs commendations go in it and now, everytime I run the daily, it defaults to the stack in the Overflow bag. Is there a way to workaround this bug that I missed? If not, it needs to be fixed or I will miss the ship on this account. Thanks for looking into this.

If anyone else is having issues with the overflow bag or knows a workaround, please reply here :-)

I have issues when duty officers go into the overflow where it won't let me take all it says inventory full even if it isn't. But it does let me take them one at a time.

Thanks for the reply However, this isn't the exact problem I am having. When I click the overflow bag button, nothing happens at all. And, my Qs commendations are defaulting to the stack in the bag, lol. So, I am uncertain how to fix this.

Assuming the culprit, in your case, is not the recent patch..., in my experience, the only way to access my Overflow Bag after getting in the state you mentioned (not being able to open the Bag) is to shutdown the game completely and then re-launch it. This has worked for me pretty much every time.

If even that does not work for you, my only suggestion is to file a Support Ticket. Be detailed and courteous in your request. I've had a good experience with their responsiveness when I file tickets like that.

Also, are you accessing your Bank before you try to open your Overflow Bag? If so, try opening your Bag first, after re-launching your game. I've noticed that trying to access my Bag while or after I've accessed my Bank has a tendency to put my Bag in an un-openable state.

I did try closing the client and re-logging in and it did not resolve the issue. I forced another file check (I had forced one after the last patch) and then logged in and I was able to open the Overflow bag. Go figure. But, thank you very much for your input.

other stray thought... it's not hiding behind some open window, right?​​

had the same problem, clicked the overflow bag, but hat a full inventory.
made it empty, tryed to access the overflow bag, but can`t.

what helped, was to get full inventory again and then roll on something in the team and make sure you get it.
if it lands in the overflow bag, empty your inentory and THEN click again.

it worked for me, hope for you too ;)
