Ground Devices in Skill Tray

Every time I enter a ground map, my equipped ground devices disappear from my skill tray, even though they're still equipped in my status screen.

I'm having the same issue. Snow boots keep disappearing, although I think the Paradox corrector from the Delta Recruit event do not disappear.
