Time and Tide playing on KDF

is anyone else getting a big bad lag when trying to play Time and Tide mission with a KDF i can get past the 1 part but when you have to go to the time tower thing the game lags so f**ken bad that my ship is frozen there and then when that lag is over my ship is died i have been trying doing this part over 26 times now its pissing me off to no end is anyone else getting this?
