So any hope for a Tier Six Vo'Quv Carrier?

Greetings all,

I've been away from STO for about a year and a half and I just recently started logging in again. I have to say that there's been a lot of interesing stuff that has been added to the game.

I was hoping that there would have been a tier six Vo'Quv added by now.

All in all it feels good to be back and I hope the feelng last.

    I'd say it will come eventually, but KDF get the short end of the stick ship-wise since there's less customer base for that faction. But Cryptic does seem to be in the mood to revamp older ships in a T6 version to make money. I just imagine its at the bottom of the list. Maybe a couple months before they release T7 ships you'll get it! :D
    Sometimes I think I play STO just to have something to complain about on the forums.

    A T6 Vo'Quv could be coming. Feds just got a full Carrier at T6 recently themselves so a KDF equivelent may be in the pipe. Like the Negh'Var, it won't have a T5 C-Store counterpart so no set bonuses or anything like that.

    actually, that is one reason I'm pretty sure were not getting a t6 voquv, we don't get stand alone releases for non feds anymore and they released a fed carrier already. it may still happen but I wouldn't bet on it.

    p.s. both kdf carriers are on my buy list if they come out at t6, cryptic.

    Welcome back!

    Agreed, T6 Carrier is needed KDF side (and Romulan side too), we have two choices in marvelous Kar'fi and stoic Vo'quv, and I definitely wouldn't mind to see either (or both) uprated to T6 standards.

    Maybe with a T6 Kar'fi they can pull out the coal-fired boilers and put in a clean burning Warp Drive. :)

    So how would a T6 Kar'fi happen? Klingons find a new source of more advanced captured ships or they invest in gutting and upgrading a captured vessel rather than create their own design?

    or build new design based on tech form the captured ships. since people think klingons stole pretty everything they use any way it's not like anyone can say they couldn''t do it.

    Well there is hope for one as Trendy herself who ran the design contest for the Fed carrier said she'd like to do the same for the KDF & RR.
    So you never know.
