Voth & Udine?

in Star Trek Online General Discussion
So just wondering why the Voth and Udine were not part of this episode? The Voth at least should be.. they are a bit more advance than the Federation..right? At least make them part of the accords or something. Maybe I am missing something?

    Probably because the Voth may still be a bunch of TRIBBLE in the 28th Century.

    The Undine just want to be left alone.

    Yea. I'd have to agree with this. The Voth probably would agree to be allies by then, but not join up. The Undine are not native to the galaxy, and want to be isolationist. I don't see that changing.

    Voth wearnt cool enough to be included becaused of the things they did but havent done yet in your timeline.

    Voth...probably still ruled by their doctrine...Undine...they disappeared after they agreed to work together towards mutual survival.

    Or the voth didn't stop to futz around with omega particles and blew themselves up in the process.

    I dont know. It seems to me, and I might have missed something but the Voth seemed to be pretty major and then all of a sudden they seemed to be forgotten in any of the storylines..like where were they with all the Iconian stuff? Even the Dominion seems to have an active role in things..though that might be due to the next faction release (maybe? Cardies...)

    The Voth had their own problems, and viewed anyone who wasn't Voth as suspect. Classic Arrogance. Also the Voth could care less if the Iconians blew us to Kingdom Come. Just a bunch of Mammals squabbling over something.

    But then what happened to all the Voth that went against Doctrine(sp)? Like the Borg 7 of 9 is leading....

    But maybe I am missing something. Maybe the player base cares little about the Voth or Udine and would rather focus on other groups?
