Cannot slot 1 ground and 1 space fabrication DOFF simultaneously

I have two fabrication doffs, one is for ground and gives chance at spawning an extra support drone, the other is for space and increases the time reverse shield polarity remains active for.

For some reason I cannot slot both at the same time. It seems the devs only want you slotting one of the fabrication doff type, but in doing so it seems that having one slotted for space or ground means you cannot slot a fabrication doff in your other active roster zone.

Can this be fixed please?
I see no reason, game play wise, why it should be so restricted as it currently is.

I am experiencing the same issue when trying to slot Quartermasters on both ground and space (1 each) simultaneously.

I'm assuming this is a bug, since it doesn't make any sense whatsoever for these two rosters to be counted together.
