Unable to switch to a Small craft

i'm unable to switch to a small craft, either in Space or in ESD.

Space, the loading screen stays there forever. ESD, the Ready Starship button does Nothing

i opened a support ticket .

I am unable to switch over to my large ships on one character I am stuck in a shuttle craft.

I am having the same issue on only one toon Ruvex@shadowman2o14 as well. Really annoying. Works fine on the 3 other toons i tried.

I am also unable to get in a starship on both of my romulans.

Romulans? I am stuck in my shuttle on ESD. I tried deleting the shuttle, but then I could not even leave ESD by shuttle! Ticket 3898610 submitted. This is my main, with a good fleet arbiter build... I hope they get this fixed. I talked to 2 other people on ESD who were also stuck on their shuttles. MAN! I tried switching to a Starship at the shipyard, at my Fleet base, in space, I just don't know ... this is so disappointing not being able to play on my MAIN. Makes me sad.

Work around for those stuck in there shuttles: Discharge a main ship from your roster and re-claim a C-Store ship. The game will set that as your ready ship and you can change from there.

I'm having the same problem as well it appears to be happing on some of my characters but not all, for me, my federation characters are ok but my KDF characters cannot change ship to shuttle even if I go to the ship yard
