Can't change skin on Upgraded T'varo.

Doesn't matter what skin I pick, it won't change to anything other than the 'upgrade' look unless i buy the Malem, and even then it's just the malem hull with the 'upgrade' look. Note: did not buy the Malem, just selected it thinking maybe that would flip a switch or something. Nope.

Is this supposed to happen?
